We’re delighted to announce the launch of our new Android app to allow people in the UK to track their seasonal allergies, such as hay fever or asthma, while contributing to scientific research.  The #BritainBreathing app will allow you to record your allergy symptoms, including how your eyes, nose and breathing are affected, in a simple and straightforward way.  This information, along with details on time and approximate location, will then be securely and anonymously shared with the research team to build a large open data set to let us study when and why allergic symptoms are occurring.   The app also has a personal tracking facility that allows you to track your allergy symptoms over time.

You can download the app from the Google Play store.

#BritainBreathing is a collaboration between the British Society for Immunology, the Royal Society of Biology and The University of Manchester.
